Osamu summoning 1(Zeus)

Summoned Creature or Item: Zeus
Appearance:
Description: This summoning is large in size and has complete control over lighting. Once summoned, Zeus will start to gather up lighting immediately and aim it at whoever or whatever Osamu is pointing at. Zeus then sends 10000 volts of electricity towards the person/object. Each time Zeus hits it covers a 300 yard radius.
Weakness: Due to his size Zeus moves fairly slow/He can only be summoned in the sky he cannot step foot on the ground/After about 3-5 strikes Zeus needs to recover and will disappear.

Would he using natural lightning or regular chakra lightning?

I belive since he said volts i'm guessing normal electricity.
